Me Giovanni M. Rossi is one of the Founders of Bonnard Lawson, a corporate and commercial International Law Firm headquartered in Geneva and is the Managing Partner of the Dubai office.
He specialises in Corporate and M&A transactions in which he also provides advice in relation to structuring, investment/shareholders arrangements and management participation. In addition, he has a strong experience in Private Equity along with a savvy commercial sense and the ability to deal with more intricate legal, commercial, tax and regulatory issues.
Giovanni sits on the board of directors of public and private companies in Switzerland, UAE, Luxembourg and South Africa and thanks to his international and multidisciplinary background, he is able to formulate thoughtful recommendation to management of those companies on strategic, financial or commercial issues.
Giovanni is the Chairman of Haeres Capital, a private investment company, owner and manager of multiple assets in real estate, luxury, and financial services.
Giovanni graduated from the University of Geneva with a Law Degree and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from both the London Business School and Columbia Business School in New York.
Philippe is Founder & Managing Partner of Haeres Capital, a private investment company, owner and manager of multiple assets in real estate, luxury, and financial services.
Philippe is Chairman of Borsalino Giuseppe & Fratello, the world’s most renowned hat maker, founded in 1857. He is Chairman of Quest Participations, a private equity investment company, which completed & exited 8 investments in industrial, financial services and lifestyle companies, with a Realised Return on Investments in excess of 40% p.a. over the investment period.
Philippe is Founding Partner of Quest Partners, an investment banking boutique focused on Private Equity and Real Estate transactions, launched in 2000 with offices in Geneva, Milan and Toronto. Quest Partners acts as an advisor in mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance transactions, with over 200 executed missions to-date, in excess of EUR 2 billion in equity and debt of transaction value.
Prior to settling in Geneva in 2000, Philippe was based in London, working in corporate finance for 8 years. He structured and arranged, on behalf of individual and institutional investors, equity investments in real estate, aircraft leasing and industrial transactions, in the USA and in Europe.
He was a coach to PhD students at the EPFL College of Management of Technology on the successful roll-out from academic projects into business ventures. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from King’s College London (Hons) and a Master of Science Degree (Merits) in Finance from Cass Business School London.
Jérôme is Operating Partner with international experience as a C-Suite Executive / Board Member in the Luxury & Fashion industry.
Previously, Jerome served as Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer of Kering-owned-brand Brioni’s, leading its worldwide transformation.
Prior he was a Member of Brioni’s Executive Committee Member. In 2012, he was Kering’s Group Financial Control Deputy Director, based in Paris. In 2010, he was Controlling Director of the Gucci Group, based in Florence and contributed to the implementation of the newly created Kering Group Luxury Division. He joined the Kering Group in 2007 and has been responsible for Finance, Organization, Information Technology, Supply Chain and Operations following a prior 8-year tenure in the Carrefour Group where he headed several operational and corporate finance positions.
His Previous Fashion Industry Board member roles have included: Brioni Italy SRL, (Chairman, 2014 – 2019); Brioni Roman Style SPA, (Chairman, 2014 – 2019); Brioni SPA, (2014 – 2019); and Kering Italy, (2011 – 2012). Additionally, from 2016 to 2019, he was also a Board Member of the French- Italian “Nuovi Mecenati” Foundation for Contemporary and Modern Art Creation, promoted by the French Embassy in Italy.
In 2019, by French President’s degree, Jérôme is nominated “Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite”. Additionally appointed in 2016 and then renewed in 2019, by the French Prime Minister, as the nominated French Foreign Trade Advisor. Subsequently he was elected as Vice-President of the Foreign Trade Advisor Italian Committee. And, in 2016, he entered the Council for the United States & Italy (Consiusa).
Jérôme holds Master’s degree in International Finance from the University of Newcastle (UK) as well as in Business Administration & Management from Kedge Business School (France).

Giacomo Santucci
Chief Strategy Adviser
Giacomo Santucci is Chief Strategy Advisor, hosting extensive experience in major fashion & luxury brands.
He is presently a current Board Member of Il Bisonte, Cavalli and Guzzini. In 2020, he was appointed President of the Italian Camera of Buyers. He also sits on Borsalino Steering Committee.
With his deep industry knowledge, his roles included providing key advisory and hands-on support to luxury labels ranging from Moncler, Ferragamo Jewelry, Roberto Cavalli, Missoni, Neil Barrett, Valextra, Jacob Cohen and Gianvito Rossi. His strategic support across a number of projects have heavily involved financial and corporate restructuring; re-branding & re-positioning; and business development across Asia (Japan, South Korea, China) and the USA; retail distribution and licensing among others.
Before turning to consultancy, Giacomo Santucci served in executive management positions such as Chief Operating Officer of Dolce & Gabbana in 2015; President and CEO of Gucci Group from 2001 to 2004; Interim CEO representing LVP joint venture for Fendi; President for Prada Asia Pacific & Hong Kong Prada from 1993 to 2000; Senior Director Luxury Retail McKinsey & Co. and General Manager for Salvatore Ferragamo International. He was also Board member for Stokke (2014 – 2016), Closed (2011 – 2014); Natuzzi (2010 – 2011), Furla (2008 – 2011); Ferretti Yachting (2006 –2008).
Giacomo holds advanced degrees in Finance, Art History and Nuclear Engineering.
Alberto Nathansohn is a Financial Adviser specializing in operational Finance and Accounting within multinational organizations across Europe, Asia and the Americas followed by 20 years of senior C- level executive experience, mostly as CFO.
Alberto is presently an acting Advisor to the CEO of Fueguia in the Fragrance sector since 2021; to Borsalino in Fashion and Luxury sector since 2020; and to the President & CEO of Fratelli Branca Distilleriein the Food and Beverage sector(since 2019); as well as the current Group CFO of Triumph Holding (since 2016).
Previously, he was Benetton ‘s Group CFO (2009 to 2016); Group CFO of Bulgari Group in the Luxury, Retail & Hospitality sector (2006 to 2009); and COO of Eurofly Service in the Private Aviation sector (2001 to 2006) and has held various senior roles in the Automotive sector (1983 to 2000) for Pirelli Tires in Europe (Accounting and Finance;), USA (CFO); and Brazil (Regional CFO).
Since 2009, he is an active Board Member in Triumph Holding strategic JVs with strong local industrial partners in Germany, Turkey, Mexico and Korea. Alberto also held a 6-year tenure as CFO for two publicly traded companies on the Milan Stock Exchange.
Alberto holds a Bachelor’s degree (Cum Laude) in Political Economics from Milan’s Bocconi University and has completed certified course work from the University of Chicago; in Strategic Marketing from Insead France, and in Business Administration & Best Governance Enterprising Practices for Swiss Companies from the Swiss Board in Lausanne.

Leads Chimera consumer, luxury and lifestyle investments globally with a focus on the Europe / GCC corridor. Prior to Chimera, Karim was Head of Private Equity for Swicorp, a UAE-based PE firm where he concentrated on investments in the Middle East and Africa. Previously, he was a Director at Wendel, one of the largest European investment firms with a permanent capital where he focused on investments in the consumer and services sectors.
Karim held board positions in private and public companies in both developed and emerging markets.

Antonella di Pietro
Chief Portfolio Branding Adviser
Antonella di Pietro is a Branding Adviser with a 20 years’ experience in driving brand awareness in markets worldwide to deliver multi-million Euro revenue and profit growth.
She held previous roles for top luxury fashion companies including Milan based Chief Brand Strategist for the Tod’s Group, responsible for Creative Direction, Brand DNA and collection strategy from 2017 to 2020;
Global Creative Director and Executive President for the Amsterdam-New York based PVH group’s TH Collection; Collection Manager for brands such as Karl Lagerfeld and Tommy Hilfiger from 2012 to 2017.
Antonella has been Executive Vice President and an Executive Board Member for the LVMH group’s fashion division working in particular for Emilio Pucci Florence, Givenchy Paris, Kenzo Paris and for the Interlux Project for Licenses, Style, Product, Marketing, Development, Atelier and Supply Chain from 2004 to 2012.
From 2010 to 2013, Antonella was a Milan-based Project Manager for Moncler Industries.
Previously, she has served as Vice President for Ferragamo Spa, Florence and a Line Builder and Strategic Visionist for Emanuel Ungaro Paris PAP & Haute Couture working together with Ungaro Creative Director Gianbattista Valli from 1998 to 2004. She has been the Carolina Herrera Group’s Director of Production and Development based in New York and additionally as Director of the Design Department in Italy from 1996 to 1998.
Additionally, Antonella has been a Professor of Fashion trends and line building at the University of Naples “Facolta’ di Architettura” and Professor of “Luxury goods” at the European Institute of Design Rome as well as the keynote 2016 Unido Inspirational Guest Speaker.
She holds an Art School Graduate degree in drawing, painting and sculpture from the New York Whitney Museum and a Masters in both “Fashion System & Fashion Management” from ESE London and in “Fashion Business “SUN” from the University of Naples.
